After we have laid the groundwork on day 1, well take a look at how Agile has moved from being just the "cool way" to develop software to how it has become a keystone in the foundation of any successful organization. Well discuss how agile fails and how it is most successful and hear from some of the people who have done it right.

Day 3 - Oct 28: Cloud Driven Development
The final day of ALM Expo brings us to discuss some of the new and upcoming challenges and opportunities for application development and configuration. We will address what cloud computing means to application development. What are the challenges faced by development organizations and how DevOps can help. Well look into what benefits are provided through the use of Cloud resources across the application lifecycle.
